The cooler SW flow of this past week is going to fade more going into the weekend as high pressure develops and expands further around New Zealand.
Sunday: A new high pressure zone is forming just east of NZ along with the westerly high pressure zone near Australia trying to move in. This allows an easterly flow at the top of NZ to form along with a line of northern showers. Otherwise quite settled with winds generally light/breezy across the nation.
