Our brand new NZ Weather Alerting App is now available for download – it’s the biggest change to NZ’s forecasting industry in decades!

The alerting app allows you to set the criteria for the weather alerts you receive, all based on the forecast data we have at WeatherWatch.co.nz and RuralWeather.co.nz.

On top of that, we’ve been working with MetService to include real-time push notifications to your device when official severe weather warnings and watches are issued and are working exclusively on other alerting plans, including radar and lightning.

• The paid Pro tier is so farmers, growers, small businesses, pilots, gardeners, boaties – really anyone that seriously relies on the weather to now have multiple alerts to help better plan ahead.
• Pro version allows 4 locations saved and multiple forecast alerts set for each location + MetService warnings and watches pushed to your device when live in your area
• Pro version has NO ADS
• It’s your weather dashboard! Change the order or what maps and data you see when you log in using drop and drag – remove anything you don’t want displayed by simply switching it off!
• Latest Rain Radar (Note: push notifications coming in next phase of App)
• Alerts up to 4 days in advance (working on making it 7 days)
