VIDEO: Spring kicks off with a cool change – then high pressure

Many places are warmer than average for the last day of winter but the first two days of spring kick off with a temperature reset and a cooler southerly change.

This will bring a dusting of snow to the ranges of both islands. However by later this week some places have sub-tropical winds and more high pressure.
