It’s not often that New Zealand features on the international weather front but occasionally information courtesy of WeatherWatch.co.nz viewers can make it.

On this occasion though it was Aaron of Whakatane who contacted CNN directly via twitter and the American weather presenter does her best in trying to pronounce Whakatane but does much better on her second take that you’ll see later in the video.
