Reports are coming in across the country of a variety of weather conditions this morning.
Rain tumbles down in Blenheim, fog surrounds some central North island regions and glorious sunshine is beaming down on a couple of major cities.
The week is set to continue the trend of being unsettled and a wintry feel is expected for many of us.
As we approach the end of May, temperatures are looking generally below average for many centres from tomorrow and for most of the week.

A southerly is working its way up the mainland and colder temperatures are expected this afternoon.
