The main centres on the big day are looking reasonable weatherwise apart from a little liquid sunshine possible in the southern centres.
As we all know, the weather isn’t always easy to forecast over 7 days out but here’s a look at how it’s shaping up at this stage.
Auckland Looking cloudy but dry with sou’ west breezes and temps in the low 20s.
Hamilton Not too much wind and quite overcast with around 23/24 degrees expected.
Tauranga Long sunny spells and a breezy westerly is likely. Top temperature is around 23.
Wellington Northerly winds picking up but some sunshine with passing clouds. Low 20s.
Christchurch A dry morning, risk of a shower later. Nor’ easters. 23 or 24 is possible.
Dunedin A few showers are likely with an easterly breeze. Temps around 20/21.
