A low from Australia will move into NZ on Sunday bringing heavy rain to the West Coast and rain and showers/areas of rain into the North Island’s northern and western coastlines.

Windy weather also kicks in on Sunday from the lower North Island southwards.

Next week sees a few showers but a lot of high pressure and westerlies.
