We’re not sure if it’s a Kiwi thing or if it happens right around the world…but sometimes it seems like one week into a new season people already wish it was the next one!  For example, week one into Summer people sent us comments about how hot it was and how they can’t wait for Autumn!  SO…which season is your favourite one?  We’re running a poll so add your comment below!!

Winter is my favorite season because chances of snow storms increase majorly, which tends to make my very excited when winter starts. But I don’t think a repeat of 2011 August will happen in 2012 8(

Autumn is my favourite season, clear crisp day’s, cool nights. You appreciate the sunshine hours more as the day’s draw in. Love the autumn colours in the garden, makes you want to cosy on down ready for the chill’s of the winter ahead!

Has to be the first 3 weeks of autumn, especially and Indian summer. Warm longish days, cool nights, Super 14 underway. Nuff said.

Autumn…. Not too cold, not too hot… and I prefer the chillyness than the heat… It’s easier to warm up than cool down 😛

I really don’t know if I can say I have a "favourite" season…I love them all but get bored with them all too!!  I guess I have to say I have some favourite MONTHS though… I love January (Warm and dry), March/April (Darker evenings, that hint of winter), Mid July (Dark, stormy, cold!) and September…can’t be sad when you see the flowers returning and the grass growing again.

Weatherwise July and October are both exciting in my books.

I guess if I HAD to pick one…it’d be Autumn.  🙂

My favourite season must be Spring.
Coming out of winter, it is a time for new growth and also the time for vigourous thunderstorm development as the new warmer air mixes with the cold.
Sadly, the last few years haven’t developed the spring thunderstorms like of the past.
