Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Any morning cloud / showers clear then breaking to mostly sunny weather, light southwesterly winds.
Highs: 20-21

Western North Island (including Central North Island)
Sunny spells with west to northwesterly winds.
Highs: 16-18

Eastern North Island
Sunny with light winds tending onshore in the afternoon.
Highs: 16-19

Wellington
Mostly sunny with some high cloud, northerly winds.
High: 17

Marlborough & Nelson
Mostly sunny with some high cloud, light winds tend onshore in the afternoon.
Highs: 16-18

Canterbury
Mostly sunny with some high cloud, afternoon east to northeast winds.
Highs: 14-16

West Coast
A mix of sun and cloud with light west to southwest winds, late afternoon or evening some rain moves into Fiordland.
Highs: 14-16

Southland & Otago
Sunny areas and some high cloud, thickening in the evening with a few spots of rain possible about Southland. Northwesterly winds for most although tending northeast about coastal Otago.
Highs: 15-17
