At 9.22pm Feb 1, 2019 we witnessed a super fast green light across the horizon at Ocean Beac Hawke’s Bay.
The light traveled along the water until it stopped at Motu o Kura southern end where red lights started flashing.
We 3 at our Bach together with 4 at another Bach all ran down to the beach to see if we could get a better view…the lights went out.
The speed of the light took 42 seconds to travel approx 5km from one beach to the next.
Amazing to see.
