A large high is rolling in for the weekend bringing settled weather to 99% of the country and mainly dry conditions.
By Sunday and Monday temperatures will be rising as a warm northerly flow out of the sub-tropics moves in.
Some rain or showers are possible next week – but the drought zones in the east are looking mainly dry at this stage.
