Weather Video: Your weekend forecast

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A sub-tropical disturbance to the north east of NZ continues to drive in cloudy, humid and mostly dry weather to northern NZ – but a few light showers and drizzle patches are in the mix too.

Conditions for the cricket at Eden Park look mostly dry, although the next couple days do have a shower risk.

The wind flow over the North Island for the next several days will be east to south east, while southerners – especially the deep south (about time!) will enjoy more settled weather thanks to a high.

You mention it’s 95-98% dry, but say it’s cloudy and humid with a few showers.  That is contradictory.
