The westerly change is here and while it’s bringing in cloud and a few showers the weekend is looking pretty good from an “outdoors” point of view.

Yes, a few showers will dot the country, especially on Saturday.  There will also be plenty of long dry spells and sunny spells too.

By Sunday winds are building from the northerly quarter ahead of a burst of rain either at night or on Monday.
