It’s certainly felt like summer in a number of regions this week – but it’s about to come to an end, for some anyway, as wet weather returns to the West Coast and gales move back into central parts of the country (upper South Island/lower North Island especially).
While today is cooler, Friday sees the windy northerly flow returning, turning windy westerly across the weekend especially south of the upper North Island (roughly Waikato/BOP area).
Next week sees a mix of variety of weather across New Zealand.
