As we kick off the start of December high pressure is the main weather feature bringing, finally, lighter winds to most places, especially this Friday and weekend.

The weekend looks mostly dry but a few showers are floating about both island – so too is a fair bit of coastal cloud. 

Sunniest weather will likely be inland in both islands.

Next week a rain maker returns for some, but many places will be fairly settled if just a bit cloudy.
