Weather Video: Rough weekend for some

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A series of cold fronts are coming in from the Southern Ocean over the next few days bringing gales, heavy rain and snow to the ranges.

By late Sunday the whole country will be affected by the colder change with Monday’s daytime highs down right across New Zealand.

However warm winds will surge in between the cold fronts, especially in northern and eastern areas. A high is expected to move in next week with frost potential.
