A number of fronts move in to the country this week – with the North Island furthest away from them it’s likely to be drier for longer there.
However rain moves up the West Coast every day this week – with some spillover into the very dry west. The rain clouds reach the North Island later on Wednesday but mostly into Thursday and Friday.
The week ahead is a warm one – but humidity eases in the north by Saturday.
