Ex-cyclone Debbie will make ‘landfall’ tonight in central New Zealand as it crosses from Tasman Sea to Pacific Ocean roughly around the Cook Strait area.
There are gaps in the rain clouds – but the rain clouds with the warnings attached to them are pretty intense and may cause flash flooding and slips in isolated pockets.
