A mostly dry weekend is on the way for New Zealand – unless you live in the top half of the North Island where rain and showers are expected.
Rain may arrived on Saturday in Northland, then should spread further south over Sunday.
A high is mostly in charge of the South Island. Next week another low in the Tasman Sea may move in before Christmas Day arrives…and we’ll have our first peak at Christmas Day next week.

I think we need to return to spring westerly winds. This summer weather isn’t much good.
