Weather is rapidly changing across the country

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Windy, rainy and yes…even a little sunny for some spots.  New Zealand is seeing a wide variety of weather today and in some cases it changes very quickly.  Things will start to settle down a bit for tomorrow and then should remain settled all week long (that little taste of summer I was talking about earlier).

But this morning has been a bumpy ride.  Especially across parts of the North Island.

For example, it’s been a very changable morning here in the Te Awamutu/Pirongia area.  We have gone from rain to sun to wind to clouds to sun…and right back to clouds again.

What has it been like in your area?
