We have rain clouds moving in to dry parts of the North Island on Friday but it is a bit hit and miss – ie, not everyone will get relief but pockets will get a good soaking.
The rain falls apart to showers on Friday night and Saturday with most of the country looking dry over the weekend apart from a few showers here and there.
Next week sees more dry weather and more coastal showers. High pressure also looks set to continue over northern NZ but perhaps not looking quite so warm and settled over some parts of the South Island.
*Apologies, but we have no video this Friday
