The weather pattern for the rest of the month is changeable in the NZ area and some parts of Australia – but high pressure looks to dominate more by the time we get to August 31 and into the start of September.
Two main features to focus on in today’s video.
1) The large low moving into NZ Thursday PM/Friday AM.
2) The large high south of Australia driving in a cooler southerly there – which is heading towards NZ this weekend.
We have rainfall maps and the latest on wind and temperatures across NZ, Australia and the South Pacific islands for the rest of August.
