A week of low pressure means New Zealand and southern parts of Australia are unsettled with rain, downpours and some windy weather in the mix too.
For New Zealand sub-tropical winds for some mean it’s still warmer than average, especially in the upper North Island.
Unfortunately this set up means more heavy rain for East Cape, Gisborne and maybe into Hawke’s Bay too with at least another 100 to 150mm to fall in some places, maybe more.
We track the weather across New Zealand and parts of Australia for the final week of June.
