VIDEO: Upcoming sub-tropical low and cyclone both to be challenged by high pressure over NZ

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A sub-tropical low and a tropical cyclone are both forming in the days ahead and both bring some chances of rain to northern NZ. However, both completely seperate systems have one thing in common – high pressure challenging them from the south.
