Dry, sunny, frosty and foggy weather dominates a number of regions over the next 48 hours but this weekend low pressure affects northern NZ with rain and showers and more cloud.
It also reduces the risk of frosts nationwide with a warmer airflow, which for some will be sub-tropical by Sunday. Australia is dry for the most part but the southern states, like Victoria and Tasmania in particular, are very much exposed to cold fronts, plenty of showers and windy weather – rising to severe gale for a time in the days ahead in the south east.
We have your forecast to Sunday.
