It’s not a perfect forecast but there is a little wet weather in the forecast for NZ’s driest regions, but not until a mostly sunny and warm weekend has gone by.
While rain clouds on Sunday will spread along the West Coast and around parts of Southland, Otago and inland Canterbury, the rest of the weekend is dry for most regions (apart from a couple remaining light showers around Gisborne and Hawke’s Bay).
Warm sub-tropical winds develop this week – but another cooler change moves nationwide over Tuesday and Wednesday next week bringing rain and showers to the country.
