VIDEO: Northern low brings rain, southern high brings cold change

Sub-tropical winds from near Fiji are pulling down over parts of the North Island today with rain in the north, while clearer skies and lighter winds continue on through parts of the South Island.

Mild days and cold nights ahead will continue with a colder change moving into the South Island on Thursday, then the North Island by Friday.
