High pressure moves closer to NZ this weekend and brushes northern parts of the country next week. Despite the high not perfectly coming in, it will bring a generally drier set-up for most regions. But storms south of NZ and cold fronts from the Southern Ocean area will brush Southland and the south-western corner of the South Island.
We tracks the wind, rain and sunshine between now and next Wednesday.
