VIDEO: Frost briefly poss in southern NZ as Aussie looks at 45C

A few low pressure zones will keep the weather moving through NZ and Australia over the coming week with a number of cold fronts and windy days too.

Low pressure will consolidate in the Tasman Sea later this week and falls apart this weekend as it moves through NZ. Heaviest rain will be in the west and north.

Temperatures in both nations will be a bit up and down over the coming week with parts of Aussie up to 45C today and tomorrow, while Southland in NZ has a risk of a light frost overnight tonight!
