Severe Cyclone Yasa is now a Category 3 cyclone (at the time of recording this it was still Cat 4) and is heading away from Fiji across Friday then towards Tonga on Saturday.
We cover the latest tracking and forecast.
We then continue on tracking the remnants of Yasa and how it might impact New Zealand at Christmas time.
*Please note, this was supposed to be our final video of 2020, but we’ll be back again next Monday and Wednesday with two extra videos before Christmas, to cover what Yasa might do and if it may impact Christmas Day (or beyond).

Hey Barrie thanks very much for the kind words of support, they mean a great deal to me in this very public role! Am already looking forward to returning next year once I’ve had a rest after this exhausting year! No worries for this week either – I love making the vids 🙂
All the best for 2021 (and thanks for the other message to Aaron and the team too).
Cheers
Phil D
