High pressure is moving in and low pressure is moving in, meaning a southerly flow covers NZ today and will bring a couple cold nights with some frosts.

However, as early as Thursday PM a warmer nor’wester will kick in – becoming windy on Friday and the weekend as it moves northwards, reaching Auckland on Sunday with some wet weather
