VIDEO: Cold air brings frosts, drier for many too

A massive high pressure zone over Tasmania will influence NZ’s weather for at least the next week or two, bringing a drier than average airflow into NZ.

There will be some snow flurries on Tuesday in both main islands but over the week frosty weather is more likely as winds ease for a time.

But the windy weather looks to crank up again this coming weekend – and yes, it’s still coming from off the Southern Ocean.
