We’re now in peak spring weather which means fluctuating temperatures and a mix of windy and calm days. This week is a classic set up with at least three cold fronts moving through with temperature drops.
It makes for a wintry set up at times in the South Island with miserable conditions at times for newborn livestock with a few lower level snow flurries possible in the south with single digit highs.
The north also has some cooler days this week after the warmer than average weekend for many.
Here’s the latest forecast through until Saturday night across Aotearoa, New Zealand.
