New Zealand has a big high over the country right now bringing clearer skies, sunnier weather and lighter winds to most places.
However the weekend isn’t looking quite so settled – with the high slowly departing out to the east and a strong nor’west flow building right over New Zealand.
While Saturday is dry for a number of places, the rain clouds roll in and the winds pick up – especially on Sunday and Monday.
