The leftovers of tropical cyclone Victor are making themselves felt on the northeastern coastline of the country at the start of this week, and it’s set to continue.

While that’s going on in the north, very different conditions dominate the South Island, with a very chilly windflow keeping things frosty and temperatures well below the 20s.
