Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Cloudy areas and occasional sun, chance of a shower about western coastlines otherwise mainly dry. The Bay Of Plenty has more frequent areas of sun and dry conditions. Southwesterly winds.
Highs: 17-18

Western North Island (including Central North Island)
A mix of sun and cloud, light north to northwesterly winds however expect southwesterlies for Taranaki.
Highs: 14-16

Eastern North Island
Mostly sunny weather, some cloud at times for Wairarapa. Light winds.
Highs: 17-19

Wellington
A mix of sun and cloud, light northerly winds.
High: 15

Marlborough & Nelson
Sunny with light winds, perhaps tending onshore in the afternoon.
Highs: 15-17

Canterbury
Sunny with light winds tending east to northeast in the afternoon.
Highs: 13-14

West Coast
Cloudy areas with the risk of a shower or two otherwise mainly dry, just inland about the Alps / ranges conditions are sunnier. Southwesterly winds.
Highs: 13-14

Southland & Otago
A mix of sun and cloud for Southland, Otago has a mainly sunny day with some evening high cloud. West to northwesterly winds for Southland, light winds elsewhere.
Highs: 11-14
