Tuesday’s headlines (x2): Settled – Some mist or fog, Heavy rain West Coast on Wednesday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Here’s what is making the weather headlines today….

SETTLED, SOME MIST OF FOG

Weather headlines area a little scant today, the weather is quite settled thanks to a high moving in from the Tasman Sea so not much to run with there.

Watch for a few morning mist or fog patches about the upper North Island this morning and again on Wednesday morning, widespread fog isn’t expected, just a few patches here and there.

The South Island has a chance also, mainly for inland Buller.

HEAVY RAIN WEST COAST ON WEDNESDAY

A front feeds into South Westland on Wednesday, finally moving northwards later in the day. Expect some rain with this front with a few heavy falls, perhaps some thunder also.
