Anticyclonic weather again for the country today, winds generally light with afternoon sea breezes for coastal areas. Pockets of cloud especially morning and night for some.

Northland, Auckland, Waikato, CNI & BOP
Mostly sunny with some cloud. Light winds, afternoon sea breezes for coastal areas. There may be a brief light morning shower about eastern Coromandel and eastern Northland, any of which will clear.
Highs: 23-25

Western and Eastern North Island
Mostly sunny weather with a few clouds at times, morning low cloud for some parts of the Western North Island. Light winds and afternoon sea breezes.
Highs: 22-24
 
Nelson & Wellington
Mostly sunny with just a few clouds, light northerlies a bit breezy at times about the capital.
Highs: 23-24
 
Canterbury & Marlborough
Sunny skies with light winds tending northeast along the Canterbury coast in the afternoon, any morning cloud clears. Northerlies for Marlborough.
Highs: 23-26, warmest temperatures in Marlborough
 
West Coast
Sunny and cloudy periods with light west to southwest winds. Cloudy for Fiordland with some drizzle.
Highs: 19-20
 
Southland & Otago
Mostly sunny with light winds mainly from the north, any morning cloud clears. Warm for Southland with northwesterlies
