VIDEO: Burst of wind and rain for NZ as low pressure dominates

Air pressure around New Zealand will continue to drop in the days ahead as low pressure systems affect our weather and bring the risk of some severe weather. Rain, alpine snow and strong to gale force winds are forecast for parts of NZ over the coming days.

We have the latest on the wind, rain and where high pressure is parked in today’s video, which covers the New Zealand weather forecast through to Tuesday of next week.

Hi Bruce – sorry what else do you need? We’ve been warning of the heavy rain and gales since Monday? Warnings in place now by MS, our data is there – and our daily videos talking about it all?

Edit: By the way, we did have an issue with our latest video displaying yesterday at WW (but was still live on YouTube). It’s now viewable at WeatherWatch and RuralWeather.
