Mainly high pressure over New Zealand today meaning still more settled weather, it doesn’t mean things are perfect everywhere however. East to northeast winds pick up this afternoon along the South Island’s east coast bringing a slight chill to the air, expect areas of morning cloud for many in the east of the county.
