Generally a dry day across the country with some sunshine and a few cloudy areas too. A little cool in eastern and southern regions with the remnants of yesterdays southerly.

Tomorrow temperatures should climb a little more and more sunshine should be the order of the day.

Today the highest temperature went to Kaitaia and Kawerau with 26 degrees and 16 was the lowest maximum in Invercargill.
