Temperatures were a little higher today but west to southwest winds were still the main feature and influenced much of the country once more.
Overhead conditions tonight are likely to vary from the chance of a shower to mainly clear conditions but overall, nothing too severe. The wind could be the talking point in the far south though but a gradual easing is expected to take place overnight.
Temperatures shouldn’t be as chilly as last night but may still have a bit of a coolish edge to them.
Tomorrow, quite a bit of sunshine maybe on the way for much of the country but perhaps a tad damp in the far south and one or 2 showers are possible across parts of the North Island.
The top temperature today went to the Bay of Islands and Blenheim with 23 degrees and the low of 13 was in both Invercargill and Gore.

Hi Sarah,
May be a little chilly at night, lows still in double digits though…prob around 13 or 14… easterlies may drag in a few clouds…highs around late teens/very early 20s.
An improvement on this week with much lighter winds!
Phil
