Temperatures still managed to break into the 30s again today but overall the temps were down a notch or two in many areas but the warm air still made it feel like midsummer!!

The cool change that had been anticipated for the afternoon in the far south didn’t make much of an impact on todays highs.

Hanmer Springs stole the show with a high of 32, followed closely by Masterton and Alexandra with 31 and the low went to Haast with still a healthy 19 degrees.
