The coast is clear – Weather risks for Friday

> From the WeatherWatch archives

WeatherWatch forecasters can’t see any real risks in today’s weather around the country – with patches of cloud and light winds for most regions.

Northland and northern parts of the Coromandel may see a sustained shower or two in the afternoon, while the Bay of Plenty is looking at some rain overnight.

“I don’t really see anything in our current models to worry about” says WeatherWatch forecaster Aaron Wilkinson.
