An anticyclone brings mainly sunny and settled conditions to New Zealand on Monday.
The outllook for Monday is almost nothing longer the the situation statement above, simply we have an anticyclone covering the country that will bring mainly sunny conditions to most regions after a frosty start for many especially inland.
Some cloud develops later in the day about Fiordland then a front moves onto the lower South Island overnight bringing rain in the west and spots of rain out east.
