Sydney is currently offering picture perfect weather and the good news is that it’s set to continue for the next few days.
A high pressure system has planted itself directly overhead, allowing for clear skies and for the sun to do what it does best, heat.
Winds will tend warmer north to northwest from Wednesday to Friday. This will allow for the mercury to reach the mid twenties each day in the city.
Heading down to the beach over the next few days would be a good option, with blue skies as a back drop, warm air temperatures and with water temperatures sitting a smidge above 22 degrees.
Unfortunately for some, the warm weather won’t be too long lived with a cold front to push its way in on Saturday. This will drop maxima to the low twenties on Saturday and it should struggle to even reach twenty on the Sunday, with gusty winds likely to add a wind chill factor.
The mercury should reach above the May average of 19 degrees in the new week, with another high meandering in from the west.
