Lower North Island

Mostly sunny weather with light winds, afternoon sea breezes about coastal areas. Chance of a late afternoon / evening isolated shower about inland hills and ranges otherwise
dry.

Upper South Island

Mostly sunny weather light winds, afternoon sea breezes near the coast areas. Cloud may be a little more frequent
at times along the West Coast.

Lower South Island

Mostly sunny with light winds, afternoon sea breezes for coastal areas. About eastern
Southland and inland coastal Otago there could be a few isolated showers late
afternoon / evening, possibly heavy then clearing later. Fiordland sees cloudy
periods during the day in a gentle northwesterly airflow, chance of a light
shower or drizzle patch.
