Sunday is best

> From the WeatherWatch archives

A damp Friday and Saturday is likely off and on for than half of the country but there is a light at the end of the tunnel for the nation as a whole.

Sunday sees a gradual improvement, with sunny periods and just one or two showers popping up in a few regions.

For those suffering from hayfever, pollen counts remain very high at the moment, so for sufferers it’s been a bit of a rough patch but an easing is expected over the next few weeks.

The UV Index is also coming into play shortly(despite the inclement weather) and a reminder that the harsh summer rays are not too far away.
