Hot one day, cold the next. Windy one day, calm the next. Dry one day, wet the next. Cloudy one day, sunny the next! Welcome to last gasps of the spring 2016 weather pattern as New Zealand continues to see unsettled weather.
A warm airflow from Australia will help boost temperatures on Wednesday from Southland to Northland, however by Thursday colder weather moves back to Southland and Otago, spreading further north on Friday.
Saturday sees high pressure across the country – perhaps perfect timing with one of the busiest shopping days of the year. But by Sunday spring weather may be rushing back with strong winds, rain and a colder change.

We’ll keep you posted!
