Today appears that it’s going to be a very warm one particularly in the north and east of the country.

Thermometers look as if the low 30s will be topped from Gisborne down to Canterbury and Gisborne, Masterton,Blenheim and Christchurch look set to achieve hot temperatures right throughout the weekend before a cooler change affects the south later tomorrow.

The whole country should be in the 20s and 30s today and then tomorrow with a cool change expected in the south, the mercury should drop to the mid to high teens in the south and west of the mainland.
